Small classes are designed specifically to enrich the student's practical, hands-on skills and covers everything you need to know to become a bartender. Each program begins with five days of training, followed by 10 hours of on-the-job optional training. The "textbook" is a procedural guide and a recipe handbook that will be used extensively during the first week of classes. The second week is dedicated to working behind the bar and serving real customers!
